RavenPyros respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. Our users post guides, tier lists, pantheon pages and other content. If you believe content on www.ravenpyros.com or in the RavenPyros' Godforge Companion app infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it as described below, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Godforge game data, hero images and other game assets belong to Fateless Ltd. Notices about them should come from Fateless Ltd. or its authorized agent.

Designated agent

Send copyright notices to our designated agent:

Raven Pyros, Attn: Copyright Agent

Use this address only for copyright notices. For anything else, see our Terms of Service or contact support. Signed-in users can also report content with the Report button on guides, tier lists and pantheon pages.

What a takedown notice must include

Your notice must be in writing and include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name works for email), as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
  2. The copyrighted work you believe was infringed, or a representative list if there are several.
  3. The content you want removed and where it is: the URL of the page, and which guide, tier list or section, so we can find it.
  4. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable the content and tell the user who posted it. Incomplete notices may not be acted on. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you had the right to post it, you can send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The content that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the district where your address is (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which RavenPyros may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We forward valid counter-notices to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to keep the content down, we may restore it 10 to 14 business days after we received the counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing content, in appropriate circumstances.
